Cheltenham Vehicle Buyers

A few questions, answered.

Everything you need to get started. If there’s something else on your mind, just ask.

How do I get a valuation?

Start by entering your registration on our valuation page. Add your vehicle and contact details, then send the prepared email to us. We’ll review your enquiry and get in touch to discuss a valuation.

Is there any obligation to sell?

No. You can enquire about a valuation and decide whether you’d like to take things further. The decision to sell is yours.

What details do you need about my car?

We use your registration to look up the available make, model, year, colour and fuel type. Please check these details, add your current mileage, overall condition and service history, and tell us about any extras or damage. You can enter all the details yourself if the lookup is unavailable.

Will I receive an instant price online?

Your enquiry is reviewed individually. The website collects your details so we can contact you to discuss a valuation; it doesn’t generate an automatic price.

How do I send my enquiry?

The valuation and contact forms open your email app with a draft addressed to sell@cheltenhamvehiclebuyers.co.uk. You’ll need to press send in your email app. If you use webmail, use “Copy enquiry details” and paste the details into a new email.

Can I sell a car with damage or missing service history?

Include any damage, faults or gaps in the service history in your enquiry. We’ll consider the information you provide and let you know whether we can take your enquiry further.

What happens after I receive a quote?

If you’d like to proceed, we’ll discuss your vehicle, confirm any details and agree the next steps with you. Any final offer will depend on the vehicle matching its description and the checks agreed with you.

How can I contact you?

Email sell@cheltenhamvehiclebuyers.co.uk or use our contact page. Include your registration if your question is about a particular vehicle.
